With a background of general management, sales, marketing and strategic consulting experience in Australia, New Zealand and in global organisations, Stephanie has a rich history of experience that the BLD|ACDMY team tap into every day.  

When not at work you can find Stephanie on the Pilates mat or spending quality time with her family and dog named Macy.

Product Manager

Liam has been helping people learn for over 20 years. This includes designing and delivering programs for a range of adult learners including leaders of SMEs. This experience taught him a lot about education and the best ways to achieve progress. 

When not helping businesses progress, you’ll likely find Liam in the bush riding a mountain bike or paddling a kayak up a river.

Nora-Rose Aroyan

PRODUCT MANAGER

Recently graduating from a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation and Bachelor of Business, Nora-Rose comes from a background of innovation and systemic design.

Nora-Rose has a passion for behavioural economics and creating tools/systems that influence the psychology of decision making in different business structures which is what led her to BLD|ACDMY.

When she isn’t creating or innovating, you can find Nora-Rose enjoying a Harry Potter marathon or attempting to crochet headbands for her friends.
